Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a strategic partner for leadership, guiding financial decisions that drive growth and profitability. You will own financial planning, forecasting, project accounting, and performance reporting, delivering data-driven insights across the business.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams, using Power BI, Oracle ERP, and Excel to empower decision-making and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting or related financial role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trinnex leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and advise on improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contract review, client billing, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and enterprise systems to enhance reporting and analytics.
