Job summary

Trinseo in Wayne, PA is seeking an FP&A Manager, Latex Binders (Chemical Manufacturing) to lead end-to-end financial planning for three regions and partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and growth.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, present monthly performance to regional leaders, and drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency, with a hybrid schedule in Wayne.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting is required.
• 5–7+ years in financial analysis, planning and cost accounting.
• FP&A experience in manufacturing is required.
• Chemical/specialty materials industry experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with financial systems (Data Warehouse, SAP, BI tools) and advanced Excel.

• Monthly/quarterly performance analysis and reporting.
• Strategic project value creation and capture.
• Functional management, business excellence and performance evaluations.
• Annual budgeting and long-term planning processes.
