Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership, guide financial decisions, and drive growth and profitability. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while monitoring project performance and key business metrics.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, prepare executive dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial controls and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting, or a related financial role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis skills.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling; proficiency with Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks, and propose actions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition and billing.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management presentations for executives.
• Support controls, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to enhance reporting and decision-making.
