Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5–7+ years of progressive financial and business analysis and planning experience, including cost accounting.
• FP&A experience in Manufacturing is required.
• Chemical/Specialty Materials industry experience preferred.
• Strong experience with financial systems and tools (Data Warehouse, SAP, BI tools, advanced Excel).

Responsibilities

• Monthly/Quarterly Performance Analysis and Reporting; drive business reviews and actionable strategies.
• Strategic Project Value Creation / Capture; financial baseline development and project evaluation.
• Functional Management / Business Excellence; evaluate performance, benchmarking, and optimization opportunities.
• Annual Budget and Long-Term Planning process; coordinate and report to ELT and Board.
• Business FP&A Processes; standardize and improve FP&A processes and systems.
