Job summary

Trinseo is seeking an FP&A Manager for Latex Binders in a hybrid Wayne, PA position. You will drive the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for the business unit, collaborating with regional teams to align financial plans with strategic goals and improve profitability.

You will lead monthly performance analyses, develop KPI dashboards, and support senior leadership with actionable insights, ensuring data integrity and cross-functional alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Management / Finance / Accounting; Masters/MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in financial and business analysis and planning, as well as cost accounting.
• Financial Planning & Analysis experience in Manufacturing is required.
• Chemical/Specialty Materials industry experience preferred.
• Strong experience & proficiency in financial systems and tools (Data Warehouse, SAP, BI tools, advanced Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and analytics across three regions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance analyses and management reports.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and KPI dashboards.
• Support ELT/BOD communications with concise financial insight.
