Imperial Brady is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to act as a key finance partner to senior leadership, delivering actionable insights and supporting strategic and operational decisions. The candidate will help develop Board and executive materials with clear analysis of performance, drivers, risks, opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience in a large or multi-location organization.
• Strong three-statement modeling, cash flow and working capital analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; capable of clear stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to translate complex financial analysis into actionable insights.
• Experience with FP&A systems or ERP implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key finance partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights.
• Support development of Board and executive materials with clear performance analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve financial visibility and decision support.
• Automate monthly financial and management reporting processes and support system transitions.
• Own recurring analyses, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
• Analyze trends to identify risks, opportunities, and cost efficiencies.
• Build and maintain a 13-week cash flow model with working capital analysis.
