Job summary

FTI Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to join Corporate FP&A, reporting to the Director, focusing on transforming financial data into actionable insights, developing scalable analytics, and communicating findings to Finance and leadership.

You will lead analytics across monthly close, forecast, and budget, build Power BI dashboards, and drive AI-enabled capabilities with Copilot and automation, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Treasury and IR.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in FP&A, strategic/Corporate Finance or related roles.
• Experience with data analytics, BI, and AI in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial analyses addressing enterprise-level questions.
• Develop and enhance FP&A analytical capabilities and dashboards (Power BI).
• Support quarterly forecast and annual budgeting with scenario analyses.
• Develop executive-quality presentations for management and Board; present findings to senior leadership.
• Partner with finance leads across segments and regions to inform the enterprise outlook.
