Job summary

KiddeFenwal, LLC is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to deliver high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision support. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and accountability.

This senior individual contributor role has no direct reports, requiring independence and collaboration across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to drive accurate monthly closes and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
Typically 6–10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with large datasets.
Experience presenting executive-level financial results to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of FP&A to manage monthly financial reporting and analysis processes.
Prepare and maintain monthly management reporting and analysis materials (actuals, budget vs. forecast, KPIs, drivers, risks, opportunities).
Own and update the monthly rolling forecast with stakeholders, incorporating trends and assumptions.
Lead balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, including a 13-week cash flow forecast.
Oversee monthly spend reporting, variance explanations, and outlook updates.
Manage capital expenditure forecasting and reporting; track spend vs plan.
Support annual budgeting and long-range planning with model development and scenario analysis.
Develop clear financial commentary for senior leadership.
Collaborate with Accounting to validate monthly actuals and ensure consistency.
