Job summary

StevenDouglas is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager in Dallas to partner with executive leadership, drive profitability, and support strategic objectives. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting across corporate and divisional operations.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, lead annual budgeting, leverage CRM/ERP data for sales and cost analysis, and help optimize margins while strengthening FP&A infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 4–8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or advisory experience.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, metrics, and drivers.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools like Tableau preferred.
• ERP experience; NetSuite a plus.
• Manufacturing or multi-divisional experience preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities across corporate and divisional operations.
• Analyze revenue, margins, cost of sales, and operating expenses; identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business unit leaders to develop actionable plans to hit targets.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for strategic planning and growth.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting, variance and trend analysis, and executive presentations.
• Support Board-level reporting and the budgeting process with divisional stakeholders.
• Leverage CRM and operational data to enhance forecasting and bookings-to-revenue analysis.
• Evaluate pricing, product costing, and margin performance; identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Monitor liquidity, working capital, and cash flow to support objectives.
• Drive cost savings and process improvements; strengthen FP&A infrastructure.
