Job summary

You will build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, deliver executive-ready analyses and board materials, and partner with cross-functional leaders to inform capital allocation and enterprise decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 8–12 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling from scratch.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience presenting to executives and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast cycles with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze company-wide financial performance and translate into executive-ready reports for decision-making and capital allocation.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Oversee the FP&A platforms and ensure sound planning methodologies and meaningful outputs.
• Build, lead, and develop the FP&A team and culture of financial rigor.
• Prepare Board materials covering performance, guidance ranges, and forecast results.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance in partnership with other functions.
• Drive automation and upgrade FP&A tools to reduce manual effort and speed outputs.
• Support special projects as priorities evolve.
