Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical finance role.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning with department leaders.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, Opex, capex, cash flow, and project economics.
• Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast; identify drivers and recommendations.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate month-end close and reporting alignment.
• Support executive with ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and board materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial visibility and accountability.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Monitor KPIs and trends; provide insights on revenue, margin, liquidity, and efficiency.
• Mentor FP&A team and foster analytical rigor and collaboration.
