Job summary

SunPower Corporation is seeking a FP&A professional to manage FP&A processes for the residential solar installation team in the US. The role involves developing P&L forecasts and partnering with senior operations leadership to provide financial insights into installation center performance across the US.

The candidate will work closely with the residential installation finance team to maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, analyze actual data, and advise on long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience; Master’s degree with 4+ years preferred.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience as appropriate.
• Experience in renewable energy industry strongly preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to forecast revenue and performance.
• Identify opportunities to realize savings by uncovering process gaps and improvements.
• Communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborate with residential installation finance team to maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
• Analyze actual financial data to track forecasting inputs.
• Gather actual financial data to provide insights at operational levels.
• Advise senior management on policy and long-term goal development.
