Job summary

The Vollrath Company is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to develop forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range projections that guide performance and profitability.

The role leads budgeting/forecasting, builds actionable insights from financial data, and supports strategic initiatives through modeling and analysis.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams and business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process across all functions.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain long-range financial plans and strategic models.
• Provide financial guidance to support business decisions and initiatives.
• Develop management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
