Vallen Distribution is seeking an FP&A Manager to perform budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support leadership decisions. You will build financial models to improve performance and accelerate growth, working closely with senior teams.

The role emphasizes delivering insightful analyses, driving profit improvements, and guiding 3–5 year strategic planning. A strong focus on collaboration and cross‑functional support is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 7–10 years of financial analysis experience preferred.
• MBA or CMA is a plus and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor actuals vs budget/forecast and report variances.
• Develop and deliver monthly reporting packages for leadership.
• Create financial models to support growth initiatives and EBIT improvements.
• Lead analytics to drive gross margin improvements via insights.
• Support 3–5 year strategy development for the business.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
