Job summary

Vallen Distribution is hiring an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for the leadership team. This role creates financial models to improve performance and drive growth, partnering with operations and regions to deliver insights.

You will develop advanced analytics to support profit improvement, assist in 3–5 year strategy, and lead capex analyses while ensuring accurate monthly closing and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA or CMA preferred.
• 7–10 years of financial analysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and reports for operations.
• Develop analytics to support EBIT growth and margin improvements.
• Assist leadership in 3–5 year strategic planning and forecasts.
• Lead special project analyses and cross-functional reporting.
