Job summary

The Vollrath Company is seeking a Demand & Operations Planning Analyst to optimize Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning processes. This role involves collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production plans.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in SIOP, demand planning, and skills in data analysis tools like Tableau and SQL. The position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to develop accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SIOP, demand planning, inventory management, or a related role.
• Strong math and/or programming skills are preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze data and reports for the SIOPs process.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models.
• Conduct analysis of sales, forecasts, production, and capacities.
