The role requires strong financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration across regions, and the ability to translate data into strategic actions that enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders through budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial decision support.
• Strong systems aptitude; SAP or similar ERP/planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO and global leaders to support decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting processes.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with global functional teams to improve visibility and accountability.
• Support cost management by identifying risks, opportunities, and actions across the cost base.
