Job summary

enGen seeks a senior finance leader to manage planning and forecasting cycles, including reporting, variance analysis, and forecast model enhancements. You will lead cost allocations, assess strategic business cases, and coach staff to strengthen the finance team.

This role reports to senior management and requires strong analytical and communication skills. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field with 5+ years in finance and 3+ years in a management role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Accounting or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning/forecasting cycles including reporting, variance analysis, and cost allocations.
• Direct revenue, cost and administrative expense forecasting and communicate results to senior management.
• Train, coach and develop staff; oversee hiring and performance management.
