Job summary

enGen in the United States is seeking a Finance Planning Manager to oversee the planning/forecasting cycle, including reporting, financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost allocations. You will lead forecast models, support business cases for strategic initiatives, and coach staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 5 years in Finance with 3 years in a management role.
• CMA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning/forecasting cycles including revenue and expense components.
• Provide cost information support and prepare cost reports.
• Lead ad-hoc financial analyses and communicate results to Sr leadership.
• Coach and develop staff; hire/term decisions as needed.
