Job summary

You will lead cost allocations, advise senior leadership, train staff, and develop business cases for strategic initiatives. Bachelor's in finance or related field required; CMA/CPA preferred; 5 years in finance and 3 years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 5 years in Finance.
• 3 years in a management role.
• Certified CMA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day department operations; develop policies and programs.
• Direct the revenue, claim and administrative expense forecast components and report to senior management.
• Provide cost information and prepare cost reports using allocation methods.
• Manage ad-hoc financial analyses and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Train, coach and develop staff members.
