Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to manage planning and forecasting cycles for the organization. You will oversee reporting, variance analysis, cost allocation and model enhancements, while guiding the finance team through critical business cycles.

You will partner with senior leadership to develop business cases for strategic initiatives and provide coaching to staff, building a robust planning process and ensuring timely, accurate financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Finance and 3 years in a management role.
• CMA/CPA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning/forecasting cycles, including reporting, variance analysis, and bid process support.
• Develop and enhance forecast models; conduct cost allocations.
• Coach and develop staff; manage department operations and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with senior management on business cases for strategic initiatives.
