Job summary

enGen seeks a finance leader to manage planning/forecasting cycles, including reporting, variance analysis, and model enhancements. You will train and develop staff while supporting strategic business cases.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field, 5 years in Finance, and 3 years in a management role; CMA/CPA certifications are preferred. Travel 0-25% and office-based work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in Finance; 3 years in a management role.
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the forecast of revenue, claims and admin expenses and report to senior management.
• Provide cost information and prepare reports using allocation methodologies.
• Coach and develop staff; hire/terminate decisions as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and communicate results to Sr leadership.
• Support development/review of business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
