Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role includes managing the forecasting process, variance analysis, and collaboration with senior management on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years in Finance and 3 years in a management role, with a Bachelor's in a related field. Master’s degree and professional CMA/CPA credentials are preferred. Office-based role in the United States with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field (preferred).
• 5 years in Finance; 3 years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of planning/forecasting cycles including reporting, financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting. Lead risk and opportunities processes.
• Direct completion of revenue, claim and administrative expense components of the forecast for Sr leadership.
• Provide cost information support and prepare cost reports using allocation methodologies.
• Handle ad-hoc financial analyses and communicate results to Sr leadership; train and develop staff.
