Job summary

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales Business Partner to own NA sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across customers and Business Units. You will work with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive accuracy and transparency in financial data.

The role emphasizes autonomy, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while partnering with Finance, Operations, and Sales to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or business partnering.
• Strong forecasting, reporting, and analysis capabilities.
• Experience with SAP, HFM, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America sales forecasting and reporting, partnering with Sales leadership.
• Develop high-quality leadership presentations and management reports.
• Identify risks and opportunities and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to drive forecast accuracy.
