Job summary

Beiersdorf North America is seeking a FP&A Manager to partner with the MU Controlling Director, delivering planning, forecasting and performance management for the North America group (US and Canada).

This role leads Power BI development, drives reporting quality, coordinates inputs with regional finance teams, and ensures timely, accurate insights to support decision making and regional leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Finance and Controlling; Sales/Marketing Finance a plus.
• Experience in local affiliate and/or regional/corporate FP&A.
• Strong analytical skills; translate financial data into insights.
• Power BI capability: dashboard development, adoption and business requirement translation.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; SAP/TM1 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve daily sales reporting for North America.
• Partner with MU Controlling Director on performance monitoring and reporting.
• Lead Power BI development and maintain NAG App for NA.</br>Improve dashboard performance and usability.
• Coordinate planning inputs across NA finance teams; ensure timely reporting.
• Support RCM, data governance and validation improvements.
