SpaceX in Palo Alto is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A, drive spending and profitability for all product lines, and interface with production, engineering, sales, program management, accounting and executives.

You will identify resource needs, analyze KPIs, collaborate with BU leaders on financial analyses, track obligations with supply chain, support reporting, and provide insights on variances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in finance or operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify resource requirements for business groups, including headcount and costs.
• Analyze production and engineering KPIs and track performance against targets.
• Collaborate with BU leaders to prepare financial analyses for decisions.
• Coordinate capital expenditure tracking and cash forecasting.
• Provide financial analysis and support to business initiatives.
