Responsibilities

• Identify resource requirements for business groups (headcount, capex, vehicle refurb/build costs, opex).
• Collaborate with production/engineering to identify KPIs and analyze performance vs. productivity targets.
• Prepare financial analyses to inform operational decisions with business unit leaders.
• Coordinate with supply chain to track financial obligations as we scale.
• Collaborate with accounting for financial close analysis and group reporting.
• Provide insights on spending variances and department-level reporting.
• Coordinate capital expenditure tracking and cash forecasts.
• Support financial analysis for business initiatives.
• Manage and develop a team of financial analysts.
