Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Experience developing KPIs and financial metrics for decision-making.
• Proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, and modeling.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python or similar data analytics tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and cross-departmental communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Oversee internal and external financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist CFO in long-term planning, capital allocation, and investment strategies.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for opportunities and risks.
• Partner with division leadership to drive performance, cost control, and margins.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance to implement new systems and processes.
• Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Prepare financial reports for senior leadership.
