You will collaborate with the CFO and executives to build forecasts, develop models, and provide insights to support strategic decisions and growth milestones. This high-visibility role emphasizes budgeting, KPIs, ownership reporting, and potential participation in acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Approximately 5-10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and analytical capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial planning/reporting tools
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial results to operational performance
• Ability to independently manage projects and priorities in a hands-on individual contributor role
• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly when translating financial information for senior leadership
• Experience working directly with executives and/or within a private equity-backed organization is a plus
• Comfortable utilizing modern technology, including AI tools, to improve analysis and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting
• Develop forecasts and financial models with CFO and executives
• Evaluate business performance, identify trends and profitability drivers
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, develop KPIs and ownership reporting
• Provide financial analysis related to growth initiatives, investments, and acquisitions
