The role requires 7–10 years of financial analysis experience, a Finance/Accounting degree (MBA/CMA preferred), and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. You will interact with executives and operate within a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7–10 years of financial analysis experience.
• MBA and CMA are preferred.
• Strong communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor actual performance against budget/forecast.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and management analyses.
• Develop financial models to support strategy and growth.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes at a total company level.
• Provide analytics to improve gross margin and EBIT performance.
