Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. in the United States (Northern Kentucky region) seeks an experienced finance leader to partner with the Director of Corporate Finance in reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the enterprise.

You will own monthly close, drive insights, support the annual operating plan, and coordinate with Business Unit Finance Directors to ensure accurate submissions, data quality and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in finance with a track record of managing or mentoring a small team.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal controls.
• Proven analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial review by analyzing actual results vs budget/forecast and communicating insights.
• Coordinate the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and SOX documentation.
• Support the annual operating plan and monthly forecasting for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Partner with BU Finance Directors to ensure timely, accurate financial submissions and accountability.
• Develop financial models and perform ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives and capital investments.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, planning processes, and data quality through automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and leaders to provide meaningful financial insights for decision making.
• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure SOX and GAAP compliance.
• Document and maintain finance processes and pursue continuous improvements.
