Job summary

CuraCor Solutions is seeking a results-oriented finance professional to drive financial optimization across the FMA team within our Diversified Business Group. You will build understanding of portfolio performance drivers and develop clear analyses to support leadership decisions.

This role focuses on recurring reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analyses, with opportunities to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in financial analysis, financial reporting, or FP&A in a corporate setting.
• Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal skills; able to summarize insights for leaders.
• Organization & Time Management: Highly organized with tight monthly deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams and with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting; keep updates on-track.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze results vs budget/forecast; summarize findings for decision-making.
• Ad Hoc Financial Analysis: Build analyses and models to answer what-if questions; present results.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting and reforecasting; connect performance with FP&A processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate inputs with CuraCor and Blue Cross NC Finance partners during close and forecast cycles.
• Process Improvement: Improve reporting templates and models; implement process enhancements.
