Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting seeks an Associate Director, FP&A to drive enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will deliver timely, actionable insights and partner with finance leadership to influence strategic decisions.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will ensure consistency and rigor across planning processes and translate data into executive-level narratives for decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial management roles.
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring team members.
• Strong corporate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting packages, including KPI dashboards and variance analyses.
• Develop executive-level commentary highlighting performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support Board reporting with materials and financial narratives.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information across outputs.
• Maintain financial controls, governance standards, and process documentation.
• Partner with Accounting to align management reporting, forecasts, and results.
