Job summary

CB&I is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to prepare and analyze financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights to leadership. This role partners with regional operations and cross-functional teams to drive standardization and accuracy.

You will build financial models, run scenario analyses, and contribute to strategic decision-making, with a focus on process improvements and timely, actionable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights into business performance and support decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes by partnering with teams and providing guidance, tools, and financial insights.
• Analyze and review functional and departmental costs, ensuring accurate reporting and facilitating functional review during forecast cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Treasury, Supply Chain, Sales, and Tax to support commercial bids and business opportunities.
• Coordinate, validate, and consolidate financial data from multiple teams for accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting, processes, and analytical tools to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Build financial models, perform scenario analyses, and deliver ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting effectiveness.
