Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to drive internal and external reporting and BU consolidations. You will partner with global finance teams across Europe, Asia, and Latin America to support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes for the enterprise.

The role emphasizes delivering timely, accurate management reports, driving process improvements, and mentoring the FP&A team within Corporate Finance and across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Executive-level leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of routine financial reports across all operating cadences — weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual (AOP).
• Standardize management-ready outputs, including GM bridge and EBITDA variance.
• Coordinate and support BU finance teams and planning applications during forecasting and reporting.
• Develop templates, guidance, and calendars for timely submissions.
• Support Board materials and Earnings Release content with senior leadership.
• Partner with Data Analytics to identify gaps and improve analytics tools and reporting.
• Drive automation and template enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
• Build relationships with BU finance leaders and cross-functional partners; communicate results clearly.
