Job summary

PharmaCare US seeks a strategic and analytical finance professional to join our team as Manager, Finance & Analytics. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and profitability analysis for the Americas and translate performance into actionable insights.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Leadership to align financial strategy with commercial execution and drive opportunities across inventory, trade spend, and marketplace analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel and experience working with complex data sets.
Strong business and financial acumen with excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership.
Working knowledge of an ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
Analyze performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Evaluate customer, pricing, trade spend, promotional, and channel profitability.
Develop clear management reporting, scenario analysis, and insights for senior leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Leadership to align financial and operational priorities.
