Job summary

PharmaCare US seeks a strategic and analytical finance professional to join our team as Manager, Finance & Analytics. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and profitability analysis for the Americas and translate performance into actionable insights.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Leadership to align financial strategy with commercial execution and drive opportunities across inventory, trade spend, and marketplace analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience working with complex data sets.
• Strong business and financial acumen with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

The Manager, Finance & Analytics serves as the financial business partner for the Americas, leading forecasting, financial planning, reporting, trade spend, and inventory and marketplace analytics. The role translates business performance into actionable financial insights, identifies risks and opportunities across sales, profitability, inventory, and cash flow, and partners cross-functionally to keep financial strategy and commercial execution aligned.

Area & Responsibilities:

• FP&A & Planning: Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Financial & Business Analytics: Analyze performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
