Job summary

Capital One is seeking a culture-led, results-driven FP&A Manager to partner with Enterprise Data and Tech leadership. You will own monthly actuals and outlooks, challenge the status quo, and build scalable financial frameworks while mentoring junior teammates.

You will lead cross-functional finance activities, deliver executive-ready storytelling, and develop structured models to assess strategic initiatives and business cases, enabling informed decisions across product and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of financial analysis experience.
• At least 5 years of financial modeling experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Financial Planning function.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team mentorship and prioritize workflows for junior members.
• Own budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility.
• Deliver executive-ready analyses and presentations aligned to business priorities.
• Build structured financial models to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with leadership to assess financial implications of initiatives.
• Collaborate across Tech Finance and business partners to drive agendas.
