Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis in the Enterprise Data (eData) team. You will partner with Enterprise Product and Tech leadership, own monthly actuals and outlooks, and build sustainable financial frameworks.

You will mentor juniors, influence decision-making, and lead cross-functional financial efforts with a data-driven mindset. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic OpEx management, and presenting “executive-ready” storytelling to drive business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
5+ years of financial analysis experience.
5+ years of financial modeling experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a Financial Planning function.
At least 1 year of people management experience.
MBA, CFA or CPA preferred.
6+ years of financial analysis and modeling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and mentor junior team members and manage project workflows.
Own budget and forecast accuracy for your areas of responsibility.
Analyze financial results and present executive-ready narratives tied to business priorities.
Build structured financial models to assess implications of corporate actions.
Provide financial leadership and influence across Tech Finance and partners.
Drive process improvements and ad-hoc analyses under tight timelines.
