Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in FP&A, private equity, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of financial statements - Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to balance multiple activities.
• Aptitude for utilizing AI and partnering in operational transformations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Curiosity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and a willingness to collaborate.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative; confident under pressure and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide ad hoc analyses across corporate initiatives requiring in-depth spend, investments, and transformations.
• Build and maintain models to support long-term decisions and P&L impacts.
• Develop financial projections for planning and investment decisions including proforma M&A activity.
• Assist in market and competitor intelligence and analyzing business opportunities.
• Assist in crafting budgeting and forecasting decks for executive discussions.
• Collaborate with FP&A teammates and business partners for budgeting, forecasting, and driver analysis.
• Identify efficiency opportunities based on business unit economics.
• Highlight insights in performance trends and provide analysis.
• Streamline planning and reporting with AI-enabled tools and processes.
• Support external investor presentations and data requirements for reporting.
