Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks an FP&A Manager in the United States. This strategic finance role shapes planning and decision-making, leads budgeting and forecasting, and builds models to support growth and investments.

You will partner with department heads and senior management, translate complex data into actionable insights, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced tech environment. MBA or CPA preferred; 5+ years in FP&A required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including tech
• MBA or CPA considered a plus
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to translate data for non-financial audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with department heads
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance and evaluate initiatives
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior leadership highlighting trends
• Act as strategic finance partner providing guidance and decision support
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and reporting processes
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special strategic projects
