Job summary

UKG is seeking a self-motivated Corporate FP&A Manager to lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis. You will drive performance improvement, provide management information, and develop scalable reporting and metrics.

Collaboration across functions and with executive leadership is required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of financial analysis experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with ERP/budgeting tools like D365 and TM1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis; managerial experience a plus.
• Strong FP&A systems knowledge (ERP, data warehousing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level FP&A activities and performance metrics.
• Partner with Corporate functions on headcount and expense planning.
• Develop and mentor a team of analysts.
• Improve internal financial reporting and commentary for execs.
• Drive budget process from long-term modeling to annual plan.
• Create ad hoc analyses and strategic financial guidance.
