Job summary

Conexus Food Solutions, based in Chicago, seeks an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting for corporate office, distribution centers, and production sites. This newly created role shapes the FP&A function and reports directly to the Global CFO, with regular interactions with the management team.

You will drive consolidated reporting, financial analysis, and business insights, building models and processes for annual plans, monthly forecasts, and business reviews in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or related data analytics field.
• 5+ years of financial planning and business analysis experience.
• Experience leading budgets and forecasted financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast, and periodic business reviews.
• Cost accounting background is highly preferred.
• Data modeling and analytical skills including utilization of BI tools for dashboard creation.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated management reporting and analysis for leadership.
• Manage planning process and build financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics across entities.
• Provide financial recommendations for scenario analysis and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls.
• Coach leaders on data-driven decision making.
• Assist in cost center optimization with Controllership and IT.
• Coordinate internal audit and maintain BI analytics for pricing and forecasting.
