Job summary

Connexa Search Group seeks an FP&A Manager for a privately owned, multi-site manufacturer. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning rather than routine cost accounting, with a hands-on approach to analytics and reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will partner with the CFO and leadership to translate manufacturing performance into financial insights, driving forecasting accuracy and actionable performance metrics across sites. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Progressive financial planning and analysis experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, margin analysis, and cost drivers.
• Comfortable partnering directly with operations and executive leadership.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience in a highly regulated or compliance-driven manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Build financial models and scenario analyses supporting pricing, margins, labor efficiency, and capital investments
• Analyze manufacturing performance including labor, overhead, inventory, backlog, and production variances
• Partner with operations and supply chain leadership to identify risk, cost drivers, and margin improvement opportunities
• Deliver KPI reporting, executive dashboards, and monthly financial reviews that support business decision making
• Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting automation across the finance function
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and analysis
• Present findings and recommendations directly to executive and operational leadership
