Aon in Chicago is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to partner with regional and Finance colleagues across North America to drive actionable analysis and insights. You will own end-to-end reporting, support strategic planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to key business leaders, and help improve financial performance.

The role emphasizes financial modeling and monthly reporting, with opportunities to influence decision making and participate in an annual incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years in FP&A or financial analysis; insurance or professional services preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel; experience with Workday or TM1.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgets and forecasts with regional partners.
• Analyze financial performance vs budget, forecast and prior year, providing insights on variances.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expense, profitability, capacity analysis, and scenario planning.
• Provide timely financial reporting package to business leaders and finance stakeholders monthly.
• Partner with Market and Regional leaders to improve financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting.
• Ensure best practices in financial planning and data accuracy.
