Job summary

CTDI Careers is seeking a strategic FP&A Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to improve profitability, provide timely reporting, and support global operations and field resources.

You will lead analytics, performance metrics, and ad-hoc analyses, with a focus on efficiency and cost controls, while mentoring junior analysts within the FP&A team.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in corporate finance budgeting and forecasting.
• 2+ years directly or indirectly managing and developing employees.
• 2+ years of supply chain or telecommunications industry experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen with growth-oriented mindset.
• Project management experience with leadership or team roles.
• Strong interpersonal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tracks operational drivers and partners with leaders to improve performance against metrics.
• Drives productivity and cost-out efforts with finance and resource teams.
• Manages global operational metrics planning including utilization and labor rates.
• Identifies cost-reduction strategies and operationalizes them.
• Designs standardized accounting and reporting processes.
• Leads cross-functional simplification initiatives leveraging technology.
