Job summary

Emburse seeks a Manager, Corporate FP&A to own strategic financial modeling and decision-support for the VP, FP&A and senior leadership. You’ll lead analyses for new product launches, headcount, and ROI projects, partnering with GTM, Product, and Operations to prioritize investments.

The role requires 6+ years in finance, leadership experience, and strong SaaS metrics knowledge. Initial remote work may shift to hybrid as offices reopen in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred OR equivalent proven work experience
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A/investment banking/corporate development/private equity
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to build sophisticated, data-driven financial models
• Experience developing board-facing financial presentations and executive communication
• Strong command of SaaS metrics and unit economics
• Exceptional financial storytelling skills connecting numbers to strategy
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models for strategic initiatives including new product launches and market expansion
• Lead analysis supporting investment cases and business cases for ELT, board, and sponsor with scenario modeling
• Develop and maintain the long-range financial plan aligned with business strategy and investor returns
• Translate complex analysis into clear narratives for board-level and investor consumption
• Collaborate with FP&A leadership to integrate unit intelligence into strategic models
• Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Operations for investment prioritization and resource allocation
• Support M&A diligence including synergy modeling and integration cost analysis
• Manage and develop the Lead Financial Analyst with day-to-day leadership and QA
• Establish analytical standards and modeling hygiene within strategic finance
