Job summary

ReSupply is seeking an experienced Principal FP&A Analyst to drive strategic financial planning and support data-driven decision making across the company. You will own forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and executive reporting, partnering with executives and leaders across Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
6–10 years of FP&A/Strategic Finance experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
Experience supporting executive leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

Lead the company's annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support planning and decision making.
Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and improve financial performance.
Prepare monthly executive reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and board materials.
Deliver variance analyses to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Forecast revenue, gross margin, Opex, headcount, and cash flow.
Support pricing strategy, unit economics, and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to improve performance.
