PitchBook is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with leaders across the business to turn data into clear, actionable decisions. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, strengthening processes while driving automation and AI-enabled insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, BI, Data, and Engineering to deliver scalable, decision-oriented analyses and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of finance, FP&A, or related analytical experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning experience.
• Driver-based financial models and multi-scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast cycles with high-quality deliverables.
• Own and improve forecast processes across bookings, revenue, OPEX, and headcount.
• Run scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and model trade-offs for leadership decisions.
• Support monthly close and variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Automate recurring forecast refreshes and improve data quality and governance.
• Translate data into executive-ready narratives linking financials to strategy.
