You will connect financial and operational insights, addressing tariffs, portfolio shifts, and demand changes while advancing AI-enabled FP&A capabilities and broader leadership impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Progressive FP&A or related analytical experience with strong business partnering.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and driver-based analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual planning process for the Transportation & Industrial Solutions division.
• Execute five-year strategic forecast and driver-based forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with leaders to align assumptions and strategic priorities into an integrated outlook.
• Develop actionable insights from financial and operational results to guide decisions.
• Maintain deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and ROIC drivers.
• Present concise, executive-ready reporting on performance trends and risks.
• Support scenario modeling and investment analysis for strategic options.
• Drive AI-enabled FP&A transformation to improve processes and insights.
• Partner with tech teams to deploy new planning and reporting capabilities.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, governance, data quality, and efficiency.
• Build cross-functional relationships across finance, operations, commercial and leadership.
• Coach finance talent and promote a culture of curiosity and learning.
